Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation and no-show policy has been created to ensure mutual respect for your time & ours. We aim to provide every client with a personalized & positive experience.
When you schedule an appointment, the time is allocated for you exclusively.
We recognize that schedule adjustments may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need the following from all clients:
CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
This will enable us with the opportunity to reschedule another client.
On the day of your appointment or within 24 hours, the deposit already paid will be non-refundable.
50% of the original cost of the booked service will be charged as a "No Show" fee to clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointment(s) without notice
All clients arriving more than 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded if there is insufficient time to conduct the scheduled service(s).
No-show and cancellation costs will be charged to the credit card on file. After this fee has been processed, you will be able to make a new appointment. If your card is declined, a hold will be placed on your profile in our system. All fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment. Thank you for understanding. We value your business.
